Our Aged Bourbon vanilla is cured for longer than standard, allowing the vanilla's aroma to mature into a rich, deep, full-bodied flavor. The pods themselves have low moisture content, so their flavor can be enhanced by soaking in dairy products. They are also ideal for alcohol extraction.
