Our Products

We deliver vanilla directly from the source, from our own farms in Indonesia. Unlike the dried vanilla commonly available in the market, our vanillas have a soft texture and maintain their freshness. The white vanilla crystals on the surface of the pods are a testament to their freshness.

Grade A Tahitian Vanilla

Grown in Mama Batas Village in Papua, our rare Tahitian Vanilla is characterized by its gorgeous and delicate aroma and can be used in a wide range of applications, from baked goods to fresh sweets, and even in your everyday coffee and tea.

Grade A Bourbon Vanilla

Farm: Negara Village from Bali

Bourbon has a sweet, caramel-like flavor and is best used in dairy products such as cream, cheese, butter, and yogurt. Use it to make sweets with a subtle natural vanilla aroma.

Premium Bourbon Vanilla

We deliver the highest quality from a farm in Bali, a rare grade that is not available in Japan, and a favorite of chefs in France and Italy. We carefully select only the top grade, which accounts for only about 3% of vanilla production, and the highest grade is over 16 cm long, thick, and brown-black in appearance. The pod is thick, so it can be dried and used repeatedly. Please feel the highest quality in your hands.

Aged Grade A Bourbon Vanilla

The curing process, which determines the vanilla's aroma, is carried out for a longer period than usual, allowing it to mature into a rich, full-bodied aroma.

In recent years, Indonesian aged vanilla has been rated as the "KING OF FRAGRANCE" in European countries, and is traded at high prices. The sensory evaluation is the same as the Bourbon variety currently on sale, but it has a deeper aroma.

Vanilla Paste

Our Kaedeya Vanilla Paste is pure, potent, and natural. Crafted with 25 organic vanilla beans per 100g, including rare Tahiti and Bourbon varieties, our paste is free from synthetic flavors and additives. Rich in aroma and loaded with vanilla seeds, it enhances both flavor and presentation. Perfect for baked goods, frozen desserts, and more.

Vanilla Bean Seeds

We extract only the black seeds from natural vanilla pods produced in Bali and select them at our factory. By adding a small amount, you can create a luxurious feel that is similar to that of real vanilla beans.
